We are thrilled to welcome Meng Yeh Chou from Taiwan as our Resident Artist for October-November 2024 at Artudio.
Meng Yeh Chou’s artistic journey began after graduating from the Department of Anthropology at National Taiwan University, where she cultivated a deep understanding of cultural narratives and human experiences. Driven by a passion for exploring artistic expression, she continued her next journey by studying in France at the École des Beaux-Arts de Nantes. She completed her master’s degree at the École des Beaux-Arts de Nantes and Université Paris 8. Since 2004, she has returned to Taiwan and has been working as a full-time artist ever since. She has continuously held solo exhibitions and participated in various group exhibitions, accumulating experience from both international and domestic artist residencies and workshops.
We look forward to seeing how her time with Artudio will inspire and shape the dialogue between our local art community and the wider international art world.
