Little Picasso is a special art camp for children initiated by Artudio; it is a platform for kids to actualize their observations, imaginations and emotions through creative processes. The camp engages children in various art forms to help them blend their imaginations with materials. It also provides opportunities to learn from and collaborate with renowned contemporary artists of Nepal.
The 11th volume of “Little Picasso: Spring Art Camp 2018 was held from 1st April, 2018 to till 10th April, 2018. The camp was held at Artudio, Chhauni Hospital Road, Swoyambhu, Kathmandu.
All the sessions were highly productive and modeled to create immersive engagement. Participating children showed consistent interest in their learning and activities from beginning to till the end of camp. Every day was different and focused on particular art forms and processes. From various visual art projects with Contemporary artists Kailash K Shrestha to stop motion animation workshop with young artist & deginer Krisha Tamrakar.
Contemporary visual artist Sandhya Silwal also collaborated with the children on various art projects. Senior artist and academician Umesh Shrestha also shared his experiences and encouraged all participants during Art Camp.
