“Requesting all to join to restore the Wall Painting again”
As you all know that ARTUDIO has been initiating various ART and PHOTOGRAPHY projects since its establishment. Recently we have successfully conducted “Hamro Nepal” National Photo Contest 2012 where more then 1000 Participants from around the world took part by sending more than 3000 best photo entries to the contest and our 6 honorable judges selected top 80 photos among 3000 plus entries including 17 honorable mention Awards, 4 Category Awards and 1 Best Photo Of Hamro Nepal 2012 Award at Siddhartha Art Gallery, BaberMahal.
on the concluding of the Exhibition we had auctioned three Awarded Photos for Charity and Pashupati Paints who was our Main Sponsor added the equal amount that the photos were bidden during an auction. we are going to utilize that fund to RESTORE and RE- PAINT the Street Mural Art that we had painted in the involvement of 550 School children from different schools, Artists, 100 Volunteers from KUart, Srijana College of Fine Arts, Artudio and others on 16th September 2011.
unfortunately the painting was overlapped after a week by various film posters and political slogans and the effort of hundreds of Artists, Art Students, School Students and Volunteer’s effort is now getting very rusted, dirty and frustrated.
Public Spaces is not a Private property and it should be used for public. ARTUDIO in association with Pashupati Paints, UNICEF ,axmi Cares and all Public Private Partnership (PPP) of Handwashing would like to take an initiation to bring life again in that public space and gift an art work to the public.
MISS NEPAL 2012 Participants are also joining us in this initiation to CLEAN, RESTORE and RE-PAINTING & GIVING LIFE to the public spaces. so we would like every one to join the program and fulfill responsibly towards the Nation….
