The 1st ever international photo festival, photo Kathmandu kicked off on 3rd November, 2015 with great excitement. The festival organized by Photo Circle in association with Shikshya Foundation Nepal was inaugurated at Patan Durbar Square Museum and will be running till 9th November. Photographers from 31 countries including Nepal are showcasing their works at this event. The exhibition is uniquely arranged around the public spaces of Patan. The festival is curated by Sujan Chitrakar who is also a contemporary Artist. Evey exhibit in the festival has a intriguing story to tell; from Jujubhai Dhakwa’s family History to the stories of last ‘Rautes’ of Nepal. one can definitely find untold stories here. So better not to miss this historic opportunity…
