Yantra 4.0 is now in curatorial process curated by Contemporary Artist Kailash K Shrestha and Writer Nischal Oli.
Yantra is a platform dedicated to encouraging interdisciplinary collaborations through impactful exchanges between creative professionals and technologists. It creates programming and events to nurture co-creations between the two – producing content that bring art, technology and science together.
In 2014, Yantra’s third edition took on its current form with the introduction of an exhibition of interactive artworks. Continuing on the successes of this past edition, Yantra 4.0 presents its annual showcase with several dedicated sections to highlight its efforts which are anchored on the theme of “adaptation” for 2015:
– Interactive Art Exhibition (Bagmati Gallery, 2nd Floor)
– Yantra Research on “Objects of Significance” (Mezzanine, Bagmati Gallery)
– Technology in Art (Bagmati Gallery, 2nd Floor)
– Children’s Interactive Art (Bagmati Gallery, 2nd Floor)
– Robotics (First Floor Lobby)
Gallery Hours: 11 am – 7 pm
Guided Tours (Tuesday – Sunday): 11 to 1 pm and 4 to 6 pm
