OPEN CALL FOR CHILDREN AROUND THE WORLD

CHILDREN’S ART ONLINE EXHIBITION

Engaging children in art during global pandemic

CREATE YOUR FAMILY PORTRAIT !!!

Dear Little artists from ages between 3-16 years from around the world,

Hope you all are well and we wish you for your good health. With global pandemic and lockdown going on, we are concerned about all of you.  Because of the condition of the world right now, unfortunately we were not able to conduct our bi-annual “Little Araniko” Art camp this year along with our other regular art programs. We know it’s very hard to be locked inside the four walls for such long time but yet, you are within a space where you can explore yourself and your house, and make it a warm home.

We are launching an online children’s art exhibition, where you can share your feelings about your family through artistic expression. In the time of crisis all we have is our family and their love and care. An artistic expression will heal your fear, build the bond with your family better and help you to strength your motivation for the positivity.

We encourage you all (Age 3-16) to stay at home and spend time with your family, share love and care with each other, observe and create family portrait to inspire everyone in the world (your artwork can be drawn/painted with any mediums you love and are comfortable with) and Please scan it or take a good photograph of your artwork under beautiful light condition and send us to artudio@hotmail.com along with your details and statements.

Remember these questions while creating your artwork:

  • How would you want to draw/paint your family?
  • Does your art show your family bonding?
  • Is there anyone far from you in your family? If so, then how would you want to represent them in the picture/portrait?
  • How do you want to present yourself in the family picture?
